Welcome to Nordic Loop

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website nordicloop.se (the "Platform"), operated by Nordic Loop AB, a company registered in Sweden (org. number not yet available).

By registering or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Who We Are

Nordic Loop is a B2B platform aimed at helping companies give new life to underused or surplus materials. We're a small but ambitious team committed to making circular business easy, practical, and profitable.

2. Registration

Browsing listings is open to everyone, but to create, post, or respond to offers on the Platform, registration is required.

During registration, we ask for the following:

  • Company name
  • Country
  • Name and surname
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Industry sector and role

You are responsible for keeping your account information secure. Nordic Loop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or harmful activity.

3. Listings: Offers and Demands

Users may post material listings, either as an "Offer" (to sell/give away) or "Demand" (to acquire).

Each listing must:

  • Be truthful, clear, and contain sufficient detail
  • Not be a duplicate of an existing listing
  • Be published for up to 90 days unless renewed

Your company's contact information is only shared with registered users, not the general public.

4. Communication

You may receive match suggestions or updates from us via email based on your activity. These are intended to help you find relevant material partners. You can unsubscribe at any time, though doing so may reduce the effectiveness of your experience on the Platform.

5. Your Rights and Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, non-misleading information in listings
  • Only upload content and images you have the right to use
  • Not engage in spam, fraud, or abusive behavior

You can request account deletion at any time by emailing us at info@nordicloop.se. We'll process the request within 30 days.

6. Our Role

Nordic Loop provides the infrastructure for businesses to connect and trade reusable materials. However, we are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content or for transactions made between users.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated as we grow. You'll be notified at least 15 days in advance of any significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled by the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
